Ram pressure
5" and 6" presses
The hydraulic main cylinder drives the ram forward. The dummy block on the ram tip upsets the billet inside the container; it fills the container wall and starts to flow towards the die.

Through the die
3000+ dies
The compressed aluminium passes through the die opening and takes its shape. The cutaway view shows how the profile forms inside the container, die and die holder.

Profile exit and puller
Run-out table + puller
The profile leaves the back of the die onto the run-out table. The puller grips its end and pulls at press speed, so the profile stays straight on the table.

We review wall thickness, hollow sections and tolerances with you to assess suitability for extrusion.

We design and prepare the die for the approved cross-section.

Approve the sample
You review the first sample against your drawing. Once you approve it, we move to series production.

Production and shipment
We manufacture, pack and ship your profiles to the agreed order requirements. If you need powder coating, we include it in the production plan.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order and who pays for the die?
The minimum order is 300 kg per profile. For orders of 20 tonnes or more we cover the die cost; for smaller orders the die cost is charged to the customer.
Can you make a custom die for my profile?
Yes. Send your drawing; after a design-for-extrusion review we design the die, send you a sample for approval and move to series production.
Which drawing files do you accept?
We accept PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP/STP or IGES files; maximum file size is 20 MB. Specify the alloy, surface finish and annual quantity in the quote form.
Do you have a certified quality management system?
Yes. Our quality management system operates to ISO 9001.
Which countries do you export to?
Besides Türkiye, we ship to customers in Switzerland, Poland, Germany and France.
Can I receive the profiles powder coated?
Yes. We coat profiles on our electrostatic powder coating line. Specify colour and finish in the quote form.
